In its end-of-use every purchase of a textile-based work must be exchanged or returned. By purchasing our textile products, a contract is formed between you and our business to ensure that your purchase has a home to return to when it is no longer desired for its initial use. Under this contract, you agree for us to keep your contact details in a secure place. We will only contact you once a year to check on how you're enjoying our product(s) and if you'd like an exchange/repair/return.
